The DM&DAA Committee meets monthly throughout the year (first Monday of each month) at the The Chequers, Wimbotsham. Meetings start at 7.30pm.

The  Annual General Meeting is held in early April at The Chequers, Wimbotsham. The meetings in May and June are also open for all members to attend. All are welcome, and indeed encouraged, to attend these meetings. Details of meeting and dates will be posted online (website and club Facebook page).

Club membership books can be purchased or renewed and collected at these two  open meetings. Books will only be sold to members in possession of a currrent EA Rod Licence.
